Definitions and key terms
To help explain things as clearly as possible in this Return & Refund Policy, every time any of these terms are referenced, are strictly defined as:
- Company: when this policy mentions “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our,” it refers to SimAbove, that is responsible for your information under this Return & Refund Policy.
- Customer: refers to the company, organization or person that signs up to use the SimAbove Service to manage the relationships with your consumers or service users.
- Device: any internet connected device such as a phone, tablet, computer or any other device that can be used to visit SimAbove and use the services.
- Service: refers to the service provided by SimAbove as described in the relative terms (if available) and on this platform.
- You: a person or entity that is registered with SimAbove to use the Services.
Return and refund policy
Thanks for shopping at SimAbove. We appreciate the fact that you like to buy the eSIM from us. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products.
As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at SimAbove. We’ll be as brief as our attorneys will allow. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at SimAbove, you agree to the terms set forth below along with SimAbove’s Privacy Policy.
To process your refunds successfully product should not be used.
Refunds
You will receive the Service in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. If you believe that the Service delivered to you does not comply, or does not meet your statutory consumer rights, please inform us. If applicable, we will provide a full or partial refund for an affected eSIM or Data Plan.
To receive a full refund from SimAbove, the User must meet the following criteria:
- The eSIM must have been purchased from SimAbove via the Application (i.e., not from Third Parties).
- The eSIM must not have been activated.
- The eSIM must have been purchased no more than 6 months prior to the refund request.
Subject to the above criteria, SimAbove may provide a full or partial refund proportional to the reduction in value of the eSIM or Data Plan in the following circumstances:
- If the Data Plan related to the eSIM has already been activated and/or partially consumed or credit has been expended.
- If the eSIM fails to work due to an issue with the network infrastructure, or if the network infrastructure in a destination country has problems or is unstable.
If the User purchases an eSIM and downloads it onto an incompatible or locked device, SimAbove will provide a full refund, provided the User has complied with the requirements listed above.

By using our website/app, registering an account, or making a purchase, you hereby consent to our Return & Refund Policy and agree to its terms.
Changes to our return and refund policy
Should we update, amend or make any changes to this document so that they accurately reflect our Service and policies. Unless otherwise required by law, those changes will be prominently posted here. Then, if you continue to use the Service, you will be bound by the updated Return & Refund Policy. If you do not want to agree to this or any updated Return & Refund Policy, you can delete your account.
