3. Services are provided on a prepaid basis unless otherwise stated. Charges are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

4. Data plans are subject to the validity period, geographic scope, and fair use limits shown at purchase.

5. You must not use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes.

6. SimAbove may suspend or restrict access to the Services if we reasonably believe there is misuse, security risk, or breach of these Terms.

7. Service availability and quality depend on partner network coverage, local conditions, and device capability; uninterrupted service is not guaranteed.

8. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SimAbove is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.

9. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount paid for the affected service package.

10. These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
